How To Spend Your Collection

So you've collected money with GroupTogether, and now it's time to spend your collection. Woohoo!

Watch the video for a step-by-step guide on spending your collection, or follow the instructions below.

1. Login - Login to your dashboard from the homepage and click on your collection.
2. Close collection - The collection has to be closed to spend it, simply click on the 'close now' button if your collection is still open.
3. Click SPEND.
4. Choose "Gifts", "eGift Cards" or "Transfer" from the menu bar - You are in the Gift Shop and can start adding items to your cart. Enter the details and when you’re done, click “Add to shopping bag”. You will see the item(s) added to your shopping bag.
5. Choose “Checkout” (go to next step) or “Continue Shopping” (go to step 4) - You can review, edit or delete your gift details in your shopping bag.
6. Click “Proceed to review card” (if you've added a group card) - If not, click “Proceed to checkout”. Use the right and left arrows to view the card, click the turquoise pen to edit. When you’re done, click the “Proceed to checkout” button.
7. DONE! - You'll see your confirmation with all of the gift details.

What do I give?

You can DOWNLOAD your card and gift from the confirmation page, then simply send it to your friend. If you entered your friend's email when choosing your eGift Card then we've emailed it straight to them. Easy!

• Gift (flowers, hampers, etc.) - We immediately send you an email about the gift and delivery instructions.
• eGift card(s) - We immediately send you a gift email to print & give or forward and share (please check spam if not in your inbox). If you don’t receive it, you can resend or download it from your Confirmation page.
• Transfer - We immediately send you an email that your funds have been transferred and to allow up to 2 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
