1. Upload your list of recipients including name, email, message and the value of the eGift Card you’d like each person to receive. We’ve got a handy template you can download and use.
2. Choose and customize your card design, including adding your logo.
3. Schedule the date/time you’d like your eGift Cards sent, or opt to download them yourself.
4. That's it! Just checkout and then track the status of your eGift Cards in your dashboard. 

Helpful tips:

• You can have different messages and different amounts for each person.
• Not sure who the recipients are? Easy! Just put “For You” as the name (put For as the first name, and You as the last name) and you can give them out when you’re ready.  

There is no setup, registration or email delivery fee. You only pay for the face value of the eGift Cards plus a minimal payment processing fee of 2.9 percent.
 
If your company pays by invoice, there are no extra fees. Make sure to schedule your cards according to your own accounts payable timing, as orders are released once the invoice payment is received.

Yes. You’ll receive a tax invoice automatically after purchase, and you can download past invoices anytime from your dashboard.

Recipients simply click the “Unwrap Your Gift” link, enjoy a beautiful personalised digital unwrapping experience and choose their preferred retailer’s eGift Card(s). They’ll also have the option to send a thank you note back to the organiser. So nice!

Yes, you’ll need to create a free GroupTogether account. It’s super easy and takes less than 1 minute. 

Yes. You can download the cards in bulk as a spreadsheet, making it easy to send through your own systems.

Yes! Each recipient can have a different value and custom message - all in the one order. Simple.

The GroupTogether ManyCard typically expires after 3 years. Once swapped, the retailer eGift Cards follow that retailer’s own expiry terms.

Yes! You can add your company logo to the card. You can choose from our card designs or upload your own artwork for a fully customised card. This makes the gifting experience feel personal and on-brand.

Absolutely. Yes. When you upload your list, you choose the date and time each person gets their eGift Card, and you can pick a different time for each person. Plenty of HR teams set up their Christmas gift cards in early November and forget about it, or line up birthdays and work anniversaries months ahead. 

Paying by invoice? Your order is released once we receive payment, so leave enough time for your accounts team. If you would rather send them yourself, you can download all the gift links instead.

Your gifts will be delivered by email. You can track the status and resend eGift Cards anytime in your dashboard. 

You also have the option to download a spreadsheet of eGift Cards to send whenever you want.

The recipient will enter their gift code and see our signature digital unwrapping experience, including a personalised card. 

A card each person can spend where they choose is usually the safest option, because everyone shops differently. The ManyCard can be swapped for 150+ brands, including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Starbucks and Airbnb, and split across several stores.

Yes. eGift Cards arrive by email, so location doesn't matter. For staff on leave, use their personal email address.

Any time. Build your order now and schedule each eGift Card to arrive on the date and time you choose, such as the last working day before shutdown or the morning of the Christmas party.

Your collection needs to be open to process a refund — you can reopen it first if needed. Log in to the homepage and select the collection from the My Collections & Cards page; this takes you to the Track page. Click the turquoise VIEW button at the top to see your group, find the contributor you'd like to refund, and click the arrow next to their name for more details. Click the refund link and confirm you want to process the refund.

Please note: refunding a contribution also deletes any message attached to it, and this can't be undone.
