How to Spend Your Collection

Why choose a GroupTogether collection?

Ever tried collecting money for a gift the old-fashioned way? You know – chasing everyone down for cash, sending awkward reminders in the group chat, and then that last straw when you realize you’ll have to foot the bill for the missing $20! Not fun. That’s where a GroupTogether collection comes in. It’s the easy, online way to pool funds and collect messages for a group card, without losing your sanity – or your gifting street cred. Step 1: Sign In

Tip: Got more than one collection? Make sure you select the correct one before moving on.

Step 2: Close Collection

To spend your funds, your collection needs to be closed first. If it’s still open, we’ve got three easy steps to solve that:

Click “Edit/Close”.
Then select “Close now”.
Then hit “Save”.

Step 3: Click "Select Gift"

You'll see a turquoise box at the top with "Select Gift" typed across it. Click it to open up a world of exciting options – we're about to start choosing gifts! (You're not alone, it's our favorite part too.)

Step 4: Go to Gift Shop

Once you click "Select Gift", you'll be taken to the Gift Shop where you can browse through all the available gifts. You'll find the sections for Hampers and eGift Cards listed along the top banner, or you can simply click "Shop Now" and browse the entire collection, as pointed out in the image below. You’ll find well over 150 exciting options, experiences and curated gifts – from H&M and Target to Apple and Amazon eGift Cards, there’s something for everyone. (Yes, we mean everyone!)

Step 5: Review + Checkout

When you go to your shopping bag, you will now be able to see the items you have selected. Here you can easily review, edit or delete the gift details. Ready to get your last minute eGift Card presents sorted? We've got you. In a few simple steps, you’ll be at the checkout:

Use the right and left arrows to view the card, and click the turquoise pen to edit your shopping bag.
If you’ve added a group card, click “Proceed to review card” and take a look to see that you've got everything you need. All good? You can proceed to checkout.

If you're not adding a group card, simply click "Checkout”.

Easy, right? But if you're weren't quite done shopping yet, click "Continue Shopping" and head on to the checkout when you're ready.

Step 6: Simply Verify and Your Collection is Complete

We'll send a verification code to your phone and email – enter it to confirm your checkout, and you’re all ready to go!

You’ll see a confirmation page with all your gift details. From there, you can:

View and resend any eGift Cards straight from the page. OR:
Download the eGift Card as a PDF to print and hand out.
