Step by Step: How to Send Bulk eGift Cards
Step 1: Go to GroupTogether
Go to www.GroupTogether.com, click Start and select Buy eGift Cards now.
Step 2: Preview the recipient experience
Preview the beautiful digital unwrapping experience your recipients will enjoy. They'll see their name embossed on an envelope, the card cover you’ve chosen and a personal message inside. When you’re ready, click Add recipients.
Step 3: Upload your recipients
Use our handy spreadsheet to add names, emails, amounts and messages. You can vary the messages and amounts for each recipient.
Not sure who the recipients are yet? Just enter For You (For as the first name, You as the last name) with your own email so you can hand them out later.
Step 4: Customise your card design and add logo
Choose from 100s of curated card designs and customise the cover, or upload your own! You can even add your company logo.
Step 5: Choose the send date or download option
Schedule the cards to be sent on a specific date and time or download them in a spreadsheet to send each one when you’re ready.
Step 6: Review and pay
Check everything looks right. Then pay securely by invoice or with Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. There are no setup or delivery fees. No fees if you pay by invoice. Processing fee of 1.15% if you pay by credit card.
Step 7: Track it all in your dashboard
See who’s received and opened their gift, resend cards if needed and even enjoy thank-you notes from happy recipients.
